Here at B-SHOCK (self-discipline, honor, obedience, character and knowledge) Fitness we focus on the overall athlete/person not just their athletic or fitness performance. The various types of training focuses we have include Boot Camps, Sport Performance Training, Stretching Sessions, Off-Season Strength & Conditioning for College Athletes and Speed & Agility Camps. The workout begins with declaring positive affirmations that build self-esteem and confidence before beginning any type of physical activity.
We are catering towards the younger population with a specialization in sports performance training. We train young athletes in improving their speed, agility, strength and flexibility all while shaping their mindset for success through affirmations and goal setting. The unique approach that separates the business from other personal fitness programs. It also allows the athlete to grow confidence, self-esteem & build a clear goal-oriented fundamental strategy.

We take interest in their personal and academic goals and we provide them with daily workout routines to complete as well as declarations to say at home to maintain their positive mindset at all times.
